Day One – Welcome to Spain: The Charms of Madrid

Welcome to Spain’s captivating capital, Madrid — a city where timeless elegance meets vibrant energy. After a smooth check-in at your central hotel, take a moment to relax before joining us for an afternoon walking tour through the heart of the city.

Stroll along graceful boulevards and historic plazas as our expert guide reveals Madrid’s storied past and cosmopolitan charm. Highlights include the lively Puerta del Sol, the majestic Plaza Mayor, and the tranquil beauty of the Royal Botanical Gardens, where you’re invited to linger amid exquisite landscapes.

Day Two – Timeless Toledo: Spain’s Living Monument

After a leisurely breakfast, we’ll have the morning free to explore more of Madrid’s highlights. You may wish to visit the legendary Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid; discover the remarkable Reina Sofía Art Centre, home to Picasso’s iconic Guernica; or browse the vibrant El Rastro Flea Market, open today and full of local color.

Late in the morning, we’ll board a high-speed train to Toledo, Spain’s former capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its rich fusion of Christian, Jewish, and Moorish influences.

In Toledo, we’ll visit the magnificent Cathedral of Saint Mary, dating back to 1226 and adorned with treasures by El Greco. We’ll continue to the Town Hall and the lively Plaza de Zocodover, where centuries of history come to life. Later, there will be free time to wander the narrow lanes or explore artisan shops before we catch our return train to Madrid in the early evening.

This morning, we’ll explore Madrid’s world-renowned Prado Museum, home to masterpieces by Velázquez, Goya, El Greco, and many more. Take in the beauty of these timeless works, then enjoy a chance to grab a bite at a nearby café before we depart.

Next, we’ll board the high-speed train to Seville, gliding through the Spanish countryside in comfort and style. Upon arrival in this historic city, we’ll take an orientation walk, introducing you to Seville’s charming streets and landmarks while sharing our recommendations for dinner on your own.

Before dinner, we’ll toast to our journey together with a celebratory glass of Spain’s finest Cava (Spanish Champagne), the perfect start to your Seville adventure.

We’ll take our time to explore each site, uncovering their rich history, intricate architecture, and artistic treasures.

The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure. Perhaps visit the Flamenco Museum, experience a traditional bullfight, or browse some of Seville’s finest shopping streets. We will even recommend a captivating flamenco dancing demonstration place that we love where you can enjoy the dancing and the music.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy dinner together, rounding off a day filled with culture and charm.

Lunch is at your leisure in one of Ronda’s charming cafés, allowing you to soak in the town’s unique atmosphere. 

Later in the afternoon, we’ll arrive in Granada, check into our hotel, and enjoy an orientation walk to get acquainted with this enchanting city. We’ll end the day with dinner together, celebrating the start of our Granada adventure.

Day Six – Granada: The Albayzín & The Majestic Alhambra

Later, we’ll explore the Albayzín, Granada’s historic Moorish quarter, wandering its narrow winding streets and discovering its charming plazas. We’ll also visit the Corral del Carbón and the magnificent Granada Cathedral in the city center.

In the afternoon, we’ll tour the Alhambra fortress, the last refuge of the Moorish kings of Spain. Within its 13th- and 14th-century walls, we’ll explore the Palacios Nazaries, the Alcazaba Fort, and the serene Generalife Gardens. Our tickets provide full access to each site, allowing us to move at our own pace and focus on the highlights that captivate us most.

The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure. Perhaps indulge in a soothing hammam experience at Al Ándalus, the historic Arab baths, followed by dinner on your own, with our curated recommendations to guide you.

For those craving a little more adventure, an optional guided hike through the Sierra Nevada Mountains can be arranged. We’ll set off early and be transported to the scenic trails of this breathtaking range—an unforgettable way to experience Andalusia’s natural beauty.

The afternoon is yours to unwind and enjoy at your leisure. In the evening, we’ll be happy to recommend our favorite local spots for dinner so you can savor Granada’s culinary delights on your own.

Day Eight
From Granada to the Costa Brava Shore


This morning, we leave Andalusia behind and journey north to Catalonia. After a short flight to the Barcelona region, we’ll continue by private coach along the Mediterranean coast to the Cap de Creus peninsula (the Costa Brava), one of Spain’s most unspoiled coastal treasures.

Our destination is the enchanting seaside village of Cadaqués, once a humble fishing port that blossomed into an artists’ haven in the early 20th century. Its dramatic coastline and ethereal light drew some of the world’s most celebrated artists and thinkers--Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró, Marcel Duchamp, and most famously, Salvador Dalí.

After checking into our charming seaside hotel, we’ll visit Dalí’s former home, now a fascinating museum that offers a glimpse into the surrealist master’s world.

In the evening, join us for a group dinner as we savor the rich flavors of Catalan cuisine, paired with local wines from the nearby famous Priorat vineyards.

Day Nine
Exploring the Timeless City of Girona

After a leisurely breakfast, we set off for the beautiful city of Girona, the capital of its province and one of Catalonia’s hidden gems. Nestled where four rivers meet, Girona is a city of striking contrasts—medieval walls, narrow cobbled streets, and colorful riverside houses create a picture-perfect blend of history and charm.

Upon arrival, we’ll be joined by a local guide for a short walking tour of the Old Quarter (Barri Vell). Here you’ll wander through ancient lanes, see parts of the Roman-era fortress walls, and step inside one of Spain’s best-preserved Jewish Quarters, a labyrinth of winding alleys rich in heritage. Fans of Game of Thrones may recognize several of Girona’s landmarks, which served as filming locations for the series.

After the tour, enjoy free time to explore on your own. Girona is famous for its cafés, pastry shops, and artisanal sweets—and don’t miss the chance to try its dreamy ice cream from one of the city’s award-winning gelaterias. There’s also wonderful boutique shopping and lively plazas perfect for people-watching.

In the late afternoon, we’ll return to Cadaqués, where you can unwind by the sea, go for a swim, or simply relax before enjoying dinner on your own at one of the village’s charming seaside restaurants.

This morning, we’ll visit the iconic Park Güell, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Antoni Gaudí’s most celebrated works, perched in the hills above Barcelona. Stroll among the colorful mosaics, whimsical sculptures, and panoramic views of the city.

Afterwards, you’ll have time for lunch at your leisure before we continue to another of Gaudí’s masterpieces, La Sagrada Família. We’ll take a guided tour to learn about Gaudí’s ambitious vision and the ongoing work to complete this extraordinary basilica.

Later in the afternoon, you can choose to visit the Picasso Museum, relax on the nearby beach, or explore Camp Nou Stadium, home of FC Barcelona. In the evening, we’ll gather for a farewell dinner, celebrating the unforgettable experiences, landscapes, and flavors we’ve shared throughout Spain.
