Your tour is not guaranteed until you sign your Trip Terms and until The Olive Odysseys confirms hotel and transport availability. Your 50% deposit is refundable until you pay your remaining trip balance 90 days before your departure date. Until that time your deposit is fully refundable. After you pay your remaining balance, you agree that your trip is no longer refundable. You also agree that you have been informed that trip insurance should be purchased, and the cost of that is on you.
