Our private driver will be on hand to whisk us to Assisi, in the heart of Umbria. Once there we will lead a walk into the back streets that all lead to one place: the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi.

May 24- We leave at 10 a.m. for Milan. Fast train takes 3 hours. Check in-walk of Milan for the Duomo and tickets to view The Last Supper. Dinner recommendations and reservations. Overnight Milan
May 25- Leave by private driver to Lake Maggiore and Stresa (1.5 hour drive). Check into hotel. Walk of Stresa. Dinner together. Overnight Lake Maggiore May 26- Day trip to Villa Pallavicino to see the gardens and then to the Borromean Islands right off the coast of Stresa. Dinner recommendations and reservations. Overnight Lake Maggiore May 27- Our private driver will take us from Stresa to Zermatt and the base of the Matterhorn (2 hours and 15 minutes-if we go straight there but we will have some stops along the way). After check in we will lead a walk nearby. Dinner together. Overnight Zermatt May 28- A day out and about in Zermatt. There are trains that take us up the mountain and further, walking trails where we can enjoy the spectacular views! Dinner recommendations and reservations. Overnight Zermatt May 29- We are off to Montreux or Lausanne (we will let you choose). Both places are on Lake Geneva. . On our way there we stop at the UNESCO world Heritage site of the Lavaux area, a wonderful terraced vineyard area. Overnight Montreux or Lausanne May 30- We head out across the lake or by train to the town of Geneva, where you will stay overnight. Patricia & Manolis (we will need to head home for other tours :) will leave for Greece and you will stay overnight in Geneva where we can arrange a walking tour for you.
