The fee for The Olive Odysseys wedding planning will include
*Site determination- The island and the location on the island
*Location of the rehearsal dinner and the planning of it (we work with you on the menu)
*Location of wedding dinner and the planning of it (we work with you on the menu)
*Securing of the necessary paperwork for the wedding
*Securing of the officiant of the wedding
*Securing the necessary seating and the decorations for the wedding ceremony (the bride and groom deciding the level of decorations wanted from simple to lux)
*Hotel(s) determination for wedding party and wedding guest (we will offer a list so that wedding guest will have an option in terms of price) Guests will book direct for direct and best pricing. We as The Olive Odysseys will not make any commission on hotel bookings- so savings are passed onto wedding party and guests.
*Determining and securing the necessary transportation needed for the wedding day (getting wedding guests to the location of the wedding and after the dinner)
*Securing of the photographer/ videographer for the wedding
*Securing any other peripheral help needed to make this day so special
*The Olive Odysseys and the bride and groom will work from what is called a TripScript® which enables each party to plan 24/7 from a live document
*All costs for above services are paid by the bride and groom directly to the providers

Extras-
Patricia and/ or Manolis to be there in person (or an employee of The Olive Odysseys)
Trip planning for any wedding party or guest who would like to add on to their trip. They may like to start in Athens and then come to the wedding or they may want to stop in Italy before or after the wedding. The Olive Odysseys will be happy to offer their fine trip planning to facilitate that.

Terms-
A MOU (memorandum of understanding) will be signed by all parties stating each person's responsibilities. This will be provided by The Olive Odysseys and can be amended by the agreement of all parties before signing.
$2500 starts the planning. Patricia will be available right away to start the planning to first determine the site.
The remainder is due 10 days before the wedding.
